PV GC?

Congrats Vikes. I thought both teams played hard. Both Teams had a few mistakes. Turnovers and play before the half killed GC. But kids didn't quit which was good. Seems like PV has GC's # right now. They could see each other again later. But I don't think the outcome would change much. Still great night for a game in nice park. We lost. But that is OK. There's always next year.

We definitely missed Dustin Jones tonight. Hopefully he'll be back very soon. As far as our secondary.....he IS our secondary. I don't fault the kids at all. I put this squarely on the coaches. It makes me sick to see Reed call the defensive plays that he does, then jump the kids when it doesn't work. Good luck to the Vikes. They were ready but our coaches laid an egg once again.

Hey even I got it, and I don't watch it that much.

Well, only game I have managed to catch was vs. Thomas Walker and that was homecoming. PV won 46 to 13 and still looked shakey. This was a much needed win against GC and it may have turned the season around for the better.

I didn't even expect PV to win this one much less take it 38 to 14.

Could see each other again. Shoot we may even see Lee again or meet Va High for the first time.

for the record, powell valley has not been outgained in terms of total offense in ANY games this year.

The Coalfield had reported that Kelly held a 213-197 advantage in total offensive yardage.
